• Question: do you work night shifts

      Hi,
      I don’t do night shifts, I have worked very late and on weekends occasionally but this is normally only around a deadline and if it is really necessary. I do this perhaps only a couple of times a year and then I get paid overtime for it or can take time of in lieu!

    I don’t do night shifts but have been called in to fix things at 3am a couple of times plus during the early days when reliability was an issue, I had to go back in the evening quite a lot to sort out issues. I do get paid a call out allowance for this though so its OK!
