      Hi

It varies. Sometimes it is most of the day if something has broken down. Other times i spend all day on my computer drawing designs. The reality is somewhere in between with a few meetings in between. that reminds me i guess i ought to go and do some work!

Well, if something is not working, then you will spend whole day or even a week solving an issue to make something better, but sometimes you just do a solution to a problem and there are no issues which is great.

Most of the time! A lot of what I do is related to fixing issues as they arise, I really enjoy it as you never know what the next problem will be, which keeps things really interesting. Also different problems require different types of fixing, sometimes it will just be talking to the right person to get an answer to a question, sometimes it will be doing a new design for something that has broken…it is really varied.
