• Question: is your boss strict

      I work at an amazing company where my bosses are not strict. If they ask me to do something for a specific date, then I do it and they are happy with it. We are all friendly and flexible at our workplace which is fantastic and it creates a unique atmosphere to work in :).

      My boss isn’t really that strict, in fact he is really supportive. I work on a number of projects and deal with issues as they arise, but the main people tracking my work is not my boss but the program management team, as long as they are happy with me my boss just lets me get on with it. The key is that if there is a problem I need to let my boss know so that he can help and support me.
