• Question: My brother is a corporal(?) in the CCF RAF. What advice would you give him if he wanted a career in RAF engineering?

Hi there! It’s a really good question – I would give your brother 3 main pieces of advice:
1 – Get stuck in to his GCSE’s – especially Science, Maths and English, they’re really important to any career in engineering.
2 – Get some work experience, any kind of hands on engineering work will give him a good idea about what we do and most importantly he’ll be able to see if he enjoys it!
3 – Stay in the CCF! It’s a great organisation that will give him a lot of the skills we are looking for like teamwork, leadership and communication.

      Hope that helps!
